Draft — pending legal review

draft-2026-09-22What this means

The trbnb team prepared this text as a draft for a lawyer to review. It is not in force yet and it will change. AI Otel Teknoloji ve Turizm Ltd. Şti. is the company that operates trbnb; the service itself is still a proposal, and this text describes it as proposed today. Boxes marked “For legal review” are open points, not promises.

What we store

Everything below is strictly necessary for the site to work, and trbnb sets it itself, on its own domain.

trbnb_sessionType: Cookie
What it is for
Keeps you signed in.
How long
14 days
trbnb_stayType: Cookie
What it is for
Opens the booking a hotel's stay link points to, after you verify it.
How long
1 hour
trbnb_browserType: Cookie
What it is for
Tells this browser apart when you sign in, so trbnb can email you when your account is signed in to from a browser it does not recognise. Set only when you sign in. It holds random keys, not your name or your account.
How long
44 days
trbnb_consentType: Cookie
What it is for
Remembers your cookie choice.
How long
12 months
trbnb_tripType: Cookie
What it is for
Finds the trips and the stays you saved again when you come back in this browser (it can keep several of each). It holds a random key, not your trips, your saved stays, or your name.
How long
90 days
trbnb_currencyType: Cookie
What it is for
Remembers the currency you chose for prices. It holds a currency code and nothing else.
How long
12 months
trbnb_installType: Cookie
What it is for
Remembers that you chose "Not now" on the offer to add trbnb to your home screen, so it is not shown again for 30 days. It holds the time you chose it and nothing else.
How long
30 days
trbnb_oauthType: Cookie
What it is for
Keeps the sign-in or linking flow's own state while you continue with Google, Apple or the test provider, so only the browser that started it is trusted when it answers. Set only when you press that button, and cleared once the provider answers.
How long
10 minutes
trbnb.tripType: Browser storage (this tab)
What it is for
Keeps the trip you are planning while you move between pages.
How long
Until the tab is closed
trbnb.trip.asideType: Browser storage (this tab)
What it is for
Keeps a trip you planned in this tab until trbnb's server has saved it, so moving to another trip does not lose it.
How long
Until the tab is closed
trbnb.trip.afreshType: Browser storage (this tab)
What it is for
Keeps the trip you are planning while you move between pages.
How long
Until the tab is closed
trbnb.booking.proofType: Browser storage (this tab)
What it is for
Keeps the booking receipt shown after you book.
How long
Until the tab is closed
trbnb.booking.liveType: Browser storage (this tab)
What it is for
Keeps the booking you just made — the lead guest’s name and email, and the supplier’s answer or that it is still awaited — so this tab can show whether you have a room.
How long
Until the tab is closed
trbnb.payment.attemptType: Browser storage (this tab)
What it is for
Remembers a card payment in progress, so the same payment is not sent twice.
How long
Until the tab is closed
trbnb.sayit.consentType: Browser storage (this tab)
What it is for
Remembers that you chose to send text to Google to translate in Say it in Turkish, so you are not asked again until you close the tab.
How long
Until the tab is closed
trbnb.compareType: Browser storage (this tab)
What it is for
Keeps the stays you picked to compare, and the trip they were picked for, so moving from the list to a stay and on to the comparison does not lose your picks. It holds no price.
How long
Until the tab is closed
trbnb.numeralsType: Browser storage (this tab)
What it is for
Remembers whether you chose native digits for Persian or Arabic pages, for this tab, while you are signed out. Signed in, the same choice is kept on your account instead.
How long
Until the tab is closed
trbnb.speak.historyType: Browser storage (this tab)
What it is for
Keeps the lines you turned into Turkish in this tab, so you can show them again. Gone when you clear it, when you sign out, and with the tab.
How long
Until the tab is closed
trbnb.offline-packType: Browser storage (this device)
What it is for
Keeps the booking reference, the hotel's name, address and phone, the stay's dates and check-in time, and the Turkish phrases on this device, once you tap "Keep this trip offline", so you can read them with no connection. It holds nothing else: no name, email, card, price or message. Not encrypted: anyone who can open this browser can read it. Removed when you remove it, when you sign out, and 7 days after the stay ends.
How long
Until you remove it, you sign out, or 7 days after the stay's last day

Analytics and advertising

Analytics would tell us how the site is used; advertising cookies would measure or target ads. Both stay off unless you turn them on, and saying no never affects booking.

Before such a tool is added, it is listed on this page with the company that receives its data, and you are asked first.

The payment form

When you pay, the payment form of our payment partner's provider (Stripe) opens on the page. It may set its own cookies to prevent fraud. They are strictly necessary for the payment and covered by the provider's own notice.

Your choices

You can change your choice here at any time. It is kept for 12 months, and then we ask again. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.

Your cookie choices

Strictly necessary

Always on

Signing in, stay links, the trip saved for this browser, any booking or payment in progress in this tab, and this choice.

Analytics

How the site is used, so we can improve it.

trbnb counts which pages and steps of the site are used, under a random id kept in this browser for 90 days. Nothing goes to an advertising platform or any other company. Saying no changes nothing about searching or booking, and withdrawing deletes what was counted for this browser.

Advertising

Whether our ads work.

You have not made a choice yet, so everything optional is off.

Legal basis

Strictly necessary storage is used because it is needed to provide the service you asked for. Anything else needs your explicit consent under the KVKK, which you can withdraw at any time. The privacy notice has more.

Your rights

Exercise your privacy and KVKK rights directly.
