trbnb helps you describe a trip, find stays that fit it and book them. Hotels provide the stays. The booking is made through our accommodation suppliers.

• trbnb runs the website and the assistant, arranges your booking with the supplier and helps you with it afterwards.
• Our booking partner confirms the booking with the hotel and takes your payment through its payment provider. It is the merchant of record: the payment on your card statement comes from our payment partner, not from trbnb.
• The hotel provides the room and the services of your stay, under its own house rules.

trbnb does not own or run hotels. At present only stays can be booked through trbnb; where a trip plan shows a transfer or a tour, it is marked as not bookable.

For legal review: Open questions (HUB.md): whether trbnb acts as an intermediary service provider under Law 6563 or needs a travel-agency certificate for commission sales; and, from our booking partner's terms, whether our booking partner or the hotel is the guest's contracting party for the accommodation.

The price shown before you pay is the total for the stay as the supplier priced that rate, in the currency shown. It is checked again with the supplier before you pay; if it has changed, you see the new price and are asked again.

trbnb does not add a booking fee. Our booking partner pays trbnb a commission out of the price of each booking. That commission is already inside the total you see — it is never added on top, and the amount charged to your card is the amount shown.

Some taxes and fees are paid at the hotel rather than online. Where the supplier states them, the booking screen shows them apart from the total.

For legal review: The commission is set as our booking partner's margin on the net rate (0% today). Public prices may not go below the supplier's suggested selling price. Charge currency is pending with our booking partner (TRY requested for Turkish-issued cards, EUR/USD otherwise); pricing a consumer in Türkiye in foreign currency must be checked against Decree No. 32 on the Protection of the Value of the Turkish Currency.

• Before you pay, the booking screen shows the hotel, dates, room, guests, total price, what is payable at the hotel, and the cancellation terms of the rate. Paying means you accept them.
• A booking exists only once the supplier confirms it and you see a booking reference. A screen marked demo or sandbox is never a booking.
• The lead guest must be 18 or over, and the details you give must be correct: the hotel checks identity at check-in.

For legal review: The pre-contract information form (ön bilgilendirme formu) and the distance contract (mesafeli sözleşme) required by Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation are not written yet. Who issues them — trbnb, our booking partner or the hotel — depends on the contracting chain.

• You pay in our payment partner's payment form, which may ask your bank to confirm the payment (3-D Secure). trbnb never sees your card number.
• If a payment is not completed — the bank's check failed, you left it, or the card was declined — no booking is made. Your bank may still show a temporary hold on the card for one to two business days before it is released.

Every rate has its own cancellation policy, shown before you pay: for example free cancellation until a stated date and time, and a cancellation fee after it; or no refund at all. That policy decides what you get back.

• You can ask to cancel or change a booking on trbnb. A cancellation counts once the supplier confirms it.
• Refunds due under the policy are made by our booking partner to the card you paid with. trbnb does not promise a faster refund than the supplier's own process.
• If you do not arrive, the rate's no-show rule applies.

Under article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation to be provided on a specific date or during a specific period. Your cancellation rights are those of the rate's policy.

For legal review: Confirm that the article 15 exception covers trbnb's role and non-refundable rates sold to consumers.

trbnb uses AI to understand what you write and to read what hotels and their guests say. It can be wrong. Each fact is marked with where it came from, and what binds a booking is what the booking screen shows, not what the assistant said. The assistant cannot book or pay for you without your confirmation.

• Use trbnb for your own trips, or for people who asked you to book for them.
• Do not misuse it: no automated collection of content or prices, no attempts to break into or overload it, nothing unlawful.
• Hotel descriptions, photos and reviews on trbnb belong to their owners and are shown under our supplier's licence.

trbnb is responsible for the website, the assistant and its own service. The hotel is responsible for the stay. Our booking partner is responsible for the booking and the payment under its own terms. Nothing here limits a right you have under Turkish consumer law, or a liability the law does not allow to be limited.

For legal review: No liability cap is proposed (BIZ-04). The Package Tour Contracts Regulation may apply if a flight and a stay are ever sold together.

Write to us using the company details above. If you are a consumer in Türkiye and we cannot resolve it, you may apply to the consumer arbitration committee or the consumer court at your place of residence or where the transaction was made, within the monetary limits the Ministry of Trade announces each year.

We send the messages a booking needs: confirmations, changes and cancellations. Marketing messages are sent only if you have agreed, and each one tells you how to stop them.

For legal review: Registration with İYS (İleti Yönetim Sistemi) as a service provider is required before any commercial electronic message is sent (Law No. 6563). Not done yet.

For legal review: This build sends sign-in and stay-access codes and stay links by email, and an email to an account's own address when it is signed in to from a browser trbnb does not recognise, through our email provider (named in the privacy notice), and may send messages about a booking the same way: confirmations, changes and cancellations. The booking screen stays the record of a booking: an email can arrive late, or not at all. Whether our booking partner or the hotel also emails the guest is to be confirmed with our booking partner. This sentence must be true on the day the terms come into force.
